Ozone’s adult training program is a comprehensive and engaging way for hockey enthusiasts to elevate their skills on the ice.
Designed to cater to various skill levels, this program focuses on essential aspects of hockey, including skating, puck placement, shooting, and fostering a strong team spirit.
Ozone’s adult training program is an excellent opportunity for hockey enthusiasts to refine their skills and enjoy the sport in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Participants can expect to see significant improvements in their game while building lasting friendships with fellow players. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the ice, Ozone offers a valuable and enjoyable training experience.
NB: Ozone Ice Rink does not supply kit for adult training sessions. Players must use their own full kit, including neck guards.
Cancellations and transfers
We are unable to transfer sessions to a different date, if less than 48 hours notice is given. Failing to do this could result in your session being lost. For cancellations, we require a minimum of 7 days notice. If less than 7 days notice, we are unable to refund the session.

Ozone Adult Hockey Camp with Danny Meyers & Matt Foord
Looking to boost your skills, build confidence, and have a blast on the ice? Join us for the Ozone Adult Hockey Camp – a fun and focused 4-week program designed specifically for adult players who want to improve their game in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.
Led by experienced coaches Danny Meyers and Matt Foord, each Tuesday session gives you two full hours of development:
Hour 1: Hockey Skills – Work on your skating, puck handling, shooting, and game awareness with drills tailored to all skill levels.
Hour2: PEP Session – Try the exciting Power Edge Pro system, known for its high-energy and dynamic training that helps players move better and think faster on the ice.
Camp Dates & Times:
📅 Tuesdays: June 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th
🕗 Session 1: 8:15 PM – 9:15 PM
🕤 Session 2: 9:30 PM – 10:30 PM

That’s 8 hours of great hockey, helpful coaching, and plenty of laughs along the way. Whether you’re just getting back into the game or looking to sharpen up, this camp is a great way to train, play, and enjoy the sport with other like-minded adults.

The focus of the adult shooting course is to provide adult hockey players an all around exposure to the tools necessary to advance their shooting and scoring skills, Players will average over 106 shots per session
Adult shooting course is bi-weekly, every other Monday
