Ozone 3’s Tournament Days – Terms & Conditions

By confirming your team’s participation in an Ozone 3’s Tournament, you agree to the
following terms and conditions:

1. Invoice & Deposit Payment
Upon confirming your team’s participation, a single invoice for the full tournament fee will be issued.
A deposit of £100 is due within 48 hours of the invoice to secure your team’s place.

2. Failure to Pay Deposit
If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours, you will be contacted by phone.
If payment is still not received immediately following the call, your team’s tournament place will be released to other teams.

3. Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the tournament start date.
Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in your team being removed from the tournament, and the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that the tournament is cancelled by Ozone.
• Teams who withdraw after confirming participation will forfeit their deposit and any payments made.

5. General Terms
Ozone reserves the right to amend these terms or tournament arrangements where necessary.
Participation is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by Ozone.
